Guided by Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon, Dom Pérignon pursues a continuing quest for harmony, transforming nature’s finest raw materials. Known for a creative process that blends the subtle intricacies of nature with cutting-edge technology, Mathias Bengtsson has brought an inspiring vision to this project.
He employs a biomimicry process to ‘grow’ sculptures from digital seeds programmed with a DNA that simulates the natural growth of vines under random weather conditions. The sculptures are then meticulously crafted by expert artisans, capturing the essence of a flourishing future. Produced in just 60 numbered pieces, the Gold version of this limited edition envelops Dom Pérignon Vintage 1999 Plénitude 2. A Pink Gold iteration, limited to 20 pieces, encases Dom Pérignon Vintage 2000 Plénitude 2 Rosé.
