On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Rampoldi Monaco marked eight decades of history in the heart of Monte-Carlo. An evening devoted to sharing, attended by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, set to the voice of Mario Biondi and led by Chef Antonio Salvatore, who this year celebrates ten years at the helm of the house.
Founded in 1946, Rampoldi is one of the addresses that have accompanied the history of the Principality. To celebrate its 80th anniversary, the house brought together its loyal guests, partners and many Monegasque and international personalities for an evening conceived as a tribute to its heritage and to its energy today.
The arrival of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco
A highlight of the evening, the arrival of H.S.H. Prince Albert II was warmly welcomed by all the guests. His presence reflects the close bond between Rampoldi and the Princely Family across generations, and underlines the unique place the house holds in the history of Monegasque hospitality.

Producers meeting the guests
True to his belief that everything begins with the product, Chef Antonio Salvatore invited his suppliers to take part in the celebration. Throughout the evening, the Rampoldi’s suppliers offered tastings directly to guests, sharing their craft and the story behind each ingredient. A way of honoring those whose work feeds the house’s kitchen every day.

Mario Biondi in concert
The evening was carried by the voice of Mario Biondi. The soul and jazz singer, known for his unmistakable deep timbre, treated guests to a musical moment worthy of the occasion.

A mentalist to entertain the evening
Magician and mentalist, moved from table to table throughout the evening. His mind-reading experiments and illusions surprised and delighted guests, adding a touch of lightness and complicity to the celebration.

A year of celebrations
This anniversary comes in a special year for Chef Antonio Salvatore, who in 2026 celebrates ten years at the head of Rampoldi and his 40th birthday. Since arriving in Monaco in 2016, he has developed a personal signature in service of contemporary gastronomy in Monaco, opened La Table d’Antonio Salvatore, awarded a Michelin star since 2021, and taken the house to New York with Rampoldi New York.
“Celebrating Rampoldi’s 80 years means thanking everyone who brought this house to life before us, and everyone who keeps it alive today. Tonight, our guests, our producers and our teams were gathered around the same table.”
