Casa Baglioni Milan, the latest address from the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts collection, has officially launched its new Milanese rooftop bar: Casa Baglioni Rooftop by Sadler. Nestled within the iconic Brera district, as the only local rooftop offering Michelin Star gastronomy, Rooftop by Sadler offers a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of Milan’s most iconic landmarks including the Duomo Cathedral and the skyline of Porta Nuova.
Exclusively Designed by Paola Lenti
Guests will step into an ambiance of luxury and timeless elegance amidst the finely curated furnishings, all exclusively designed by the world-renowned furniture designer Paola Lenti. Using signature fabrics and high-end contemporary products, Paola Lenti’s creations include lounge chairs and sofas, stainless steel side tables and modular rugs loom woven with Twitape technical yarn. Paola Lenti collections are today distributed in 60 countries and among the most important showrooms worldwide as well as in the many flagship stores.
A Culinary Adventure with a Michelin-Star Chef
Food enthusiasts are in for a delectable treat as the rooftop’s food and beverage offerings bear the coveted signature of the renowned Michelin-star Chef Claudio Sadler. The F&B proposal encompasses an array of handcrafted cocktails, Italian finger food, and aperitivo specials. Among the highlights is the exquisite “MI-TO by Claudio Sadler” cocktail, a reinvented take on the classic “Milano-Torino,” elevated with a saffron-infused ice to delight the senses.
Exquisite Signature Dish
Guests can enjoy a culinary masterpiece as Casa Baglioni Rooftop proudly presents its signature dish – “Riso alla milanese da passeggio con maionese al Grana Padano 24 mesi Riserva.” This dish showcases Milanese-style rice sticks complemented by a velvety Grana Padano cheese Reserve 24 months mayonnaise, a true testament to Chef Sadler’s culinary prowess.
Casa Baglioni Rooftop caters to all with a capacity of up to 50 standing people or 35 seated guests. The rooftop welcomes guests daily from 4 pm to 1 am, offering an enchanting setting to unwind and experience Milan’s charm under the starlit sky.
