The bottle design is inspired by the movement, fluidity, and form in the world of sports and the historic Nyetimber vineyards, located in the heart of southeast England. Adorned with flowing ribbons, each hand-illustrated with Olympic sports, the fluidity of the ribbons on the bottle represents athletic tracks to symbolise Team GB’s determined journey to Paris 2024.
The collectable Limited-edition Team GB Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage is the globally acclaimed English Sparkling wine producer’s signature style of sparkling wine. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier perfectly balances elegance and intensity. With an artisan approach to winemaking, Nyetimber only uses 100% estate-owned grapes, and crafts its wines according to the traditional method, ageing them extended time to build complexity and flavour.
Nyetimber will be at the heart of Team GB’s celebrations, contributing to the joyous moments experienced by athletes and the nation. For the first time in history, fans can buy tickets to enjoy the Games alongside Team GB Olympians at the Team GB House in Paris where Nyetimber will be served as the exclusive sparkling wine. Throughout July and August, Nyetimber will be celebrating the pinnacle of British sporting excellence, with its Limited-edition Team GB Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage being poured at iconic UK restaurants and hotels including The Savoy Hotel, Gravetye Manor in Sussex, and the German Gymnasium in King’s Cross, a location renowned for its historic links to the first London Olympics in 1866.
The Savoy Hotel, famous for its opulent interiors, and exceptional service will offer a Nyetimber celebration-themed afternoon tea in its Thames Foyer. In addition, a special ticketed event on 26-27 July will allow attendees to celebrate the commencement of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games on Nyetimber’s Routemaster ’68 bus, located on Savoy Court. Tickets will be available on the Nyetimber website from mid-June.
