10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech celebrated its 10 year anniversary in December 2023 and is still renowned as one of the destination’s most luxurious resorts for couples, families and groups, or for a solo retreat. The Royal Palm Beachcomber was inaugurated at the end of 2013. It is an exclusive venue that offers attentive hospitality to the landscapes that surround it, thus offering a combination harmonious freedom, space and art of living. The resort, the only luxury establishment in Marrakech to have its own golf course, opened the Country Club in the first quarter of 2017, nestled in the heart of 75 course hectares.
In May 2017, Accor signed a hotel management contract with New Mauritius Hotels Limited, the largest hotel management company in Mauritius to make it the very first Fairmont in Morocco; followed in November of the same year, an incredible ceremony of launch which was held in the presence of notables and personalities of the Kingdom.

With new Executive Head Chef Guillaume Galvez at the helm, Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech offers a unique dining experience with four restaurants and two bars for all tastes, from Oriental fusion to modern European.
With more than 20 years of experience, Guillaume Galvez brings true culinary expertise at the four tables of the resort. Originally from the Rhône region in France, he began his apprenticeship at the Avignon Hotel School, thus developing the bases of its philosophy focused on creativity, durability and precision. He held the position of Acting Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt in Santiago, Chile and Executive Chef in renowned establishments such the Conrad Hotel in Bora Bora on Sir Richard Branson’s private island, and more recently, the Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.
Chef Guillaume Galvez oversees all operations of the resort’s four kitchens, offering creative menus made from seasonal products and experiences gastronomic news. From Caravane, which celebrates Italian flavours, to Al Aïn, a unique fusion local and oriental cuisine, including L’Olivier, an idyllic restaurant offering Mediterranean dishes, without forgetting Le Sabra and its menu imbued with freshness.
LE CARAVANE
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, Le Caravane takes its guests on a culinary voyage through Italy. The restaurant offers authentic Italian dishes in a variety of settings; whether it be the table d’hôte, convivial room, private lounges hidden from view by Moucharabieh panels, or the Captain’s Table with a dedicated fireplace. The wine cellar is a highlight of the restaurant, sitting majestically in the centre of the dining area. Guests can enjoy live entertainment starting at 6:30pm from Wednesday to Sunday. KIDS’ CLUB
Offering a dream escape for guests of all ages, Fairmont Royal Palm features a fun-filled getaway for little ones through its Kids’ Club. With a camel to greet them at the entrance, children can enjoy a space with activities designed especially for them; including painting, drawing, collage, crafts and pottery workshops, oriental dance, yoga and calligraphy. When it comes to outdoor adventures, kids can have a splash in the pool, a smash on the padel court, a ball shoot on the football court or a swing on the golf driving range.
