Alongside the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Monaco Grand Prix, SUNSET returned to Le Méridien Beach Plaza from 5 to 7 June 2026. For its 13th edition, the event raised the stakes with an exceptional collaboration: Casa SUNSET x MAURO COLAGRECO.
At the heart of SUNSET – the most iconic beach party of the F1 weekend – this ephemeral dining experience breaks the mould, bringing together fine dining, a free spirit and a sun-soaked atmosphere. It offers a new way to experience SUNSET, where bold flavours, music and art de vivre meet.
Facing the Mediterranean, Casa SUNSET x MAURO COLAGRECO is where the evening belongs – the place to dine and celebrate everything the day has been. It is a meeting of two visions: SUNSET, expanding its global reach, and Mauro Colagreco, chef of the World’s Best Restaurant, Mirazur*** in Menton, whose committed approach transcends borders and conventions.
Imagined as a singular experience guided by taste and emotion, the collaboration sees the chef – with eight Michelin stars to his name – craft an exclusive menu inspired by some of his most emblematic dishes.

Conceived as a distinct space at the heart of SUNSET, Casa SUNSET is more than a table – it is a destination. Between the rush of the circuit and the ease of the Riviera, the Casa SUNSET experience immerses guests in a more intimate, almost private atmosphere, where the energy unfolds gradually and naturally.
As the evening deepens around an exceptional dinner, moods mingle and atmospheres shift. Then, around midnight, Casa SUNSET reinvents itself once again and opens a new chapter: the after-party. Until the small hours (3 am), the most devoted guests keep the night alive around a line-up of DJs, carried by an energy that is free, vibrant and unapologetically festive.
