Caudwell Children transforms the lives of disabled children across the UK. The charity company acts as a safety net for families who are unable to gain the help they need. A world where all disabled children and their families have choice, opportunity, dignity and understanding. It provides practical and emotional support through compassionate and efficient service. Over 250 guests from all over the world gathered in the glamorous splendour of Salle Belle Epoque in Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo on October 7th for the second annual Butterfly Ball Monaco to celebrate the culmination of the Cassis to Monaco charity cycle challenge in aid of UK-based charity, Caudwell Children. Organised by former Olympic cyclist, Modesta Vzesniauskaite and generously sponsored by Arctic World Club and Burgess, the evening was hosted by Darius Campbell and featured 5-star hospitality, fine-dining, entertainment from singers Tallia Storm, Austin Drage and an unforgettable performance by Berlin-based classical electro crossover act, Symphoniacs. It was another fantastic event of entertainment and fundraising. Throughout Butterfly Ball the warm atmosphere and festive mood reigned. Thanks to the generosity of the star-studded audience, an impassioned speech by the charity’s founder and renowned philanthropist, Mr John Caudwell, combined with the money raised by the cyclists, culminated in an astonishing 600,000 Euro being raised to support disabled children and families in the UK.
